NASA MISSION
NASA has decided three companies to develop Artemis moon landers, the lander that will be going to take two Astronauts to the surface of the moon in the 2020s.
Three U.S companies chosen by NASA are:
1:SpaceX
2:Dynetics
3:Blue Origin-led
NASA has a mission to take one female astronaut who will be the first female to put her step on the moon by the lander and one male astronaut the second person to land on the moon by 2024.NASA is working to develop a sustainable human environment so that it can make human life possible on the moon.
ARTEMIS MOON LANDER
First of all, Lunar Lander or moon Lander, Lander designed so that astronauts will able to travel to the moon by spacecraft and this spacecraft named Lunar Lander.
Lunar lander is a spacecraft with a feature that will help astronauts to stay on the moon.
DETAILS ABOUT MISSION
NASA announced that they are awarded contracts to three U.S companies SpaceX, a Blue Origin-led team, and Dynetics to develop spacecraft or human landing systems for the Artemis program, this will lead to developing sustainable human life on or around the moon in the late 2020s.
GATEWAY NASA’S Orion crew capsule and huge Space Launch System rocket(SLS) is a base model for the Artemis model, that will finally lead to launch astronauts from the earth is a space station in Lunar orbit that will be a staging point for missions of the Lunar surface.
CONTRACT DETAILS
NASA’S NEXT SPACE TECHNOLOGY has decided to invest $967 million for 10 months of work as an Exploration program also named as a NEXTSTEP-2 program.

NASA has divided the whole project into stages like two stages or three stages and divided the work between the Agencies so that they can work on that and present work on time
SpaceX’s is working starship, developing some exploration feats so they can colonize mars, they proposed their starship vehicle mission as the important part but NASA decided to launch and land a spacecraft by ita own, in-spite of this SpaceX Has successfully got the deal.
Leaders of “national Team” Blue originlocated in Kent, Washington that also lead martin, draper, etc, According to NASA Blue origin will have build descent vehicle, stage, and an ascent vehicle a part of three-stage system lead by blue origin.$579million has been given to blue origin.
Dynetics has given a job to develop an ascent and descent stage finally leading to two-stage system.dynestics is located at Huntsville, Alabama. NASA decided to give $253 million to Dynetics having more than 25 subcontractors.
Artemis mission is not limited up to moon NASA has decided to take this program as a steppingstone, They will use this model to enhance agency skills and to teach astronauts that will help them to go on to MARS on 2030. The Latest statement given by NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine has said that “by the contract given, U.S has
able to land moon by 2024, the most beautiful and marvellous decision that women astronaut will took her first step on moon is unique and heart-touching.,”
