Oh moon!
Betwixt the hour of dark,
I stand under your glint bewitched
Your gleam an oath to a finer morrow
Surmounting glooms of earth dwellers
Oh moon! Our lone heavenly body,
Your diurnal arrival without a promise
Assuring aplomb, in bustling earth
Where man hath no hour for kin
You taught us the art of sharing,
By sharing the day with solar supreme
Your sparkle of light so unbiased
To all the beings on the earthly sphere
Your heavenly beauty instilling awe,
A dream to step on your holy domain
Unraveling secrets of your grounds
On our next trek with the brightest minds
Oh moon! I see you disappear again
With so many thought yet to express
Waiting for your return again tonight
To entrust my victories and falls under
your cryptic chambers.
