The commercial crew program is a mission by NASA in association with SpaceX and American Aerospace Boeing, this is mainly a human spaceflight program. This mission is designed to conduct rotation expeditions of the International space station meant to transfer the crew to and from the international space station(ISS).

Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley the NASA’s Astronauts arrived at the International space station aboard the first commercial American spacecraft operated and built to carry humans to orbit, Opened a new era in human spaceflight.

NASA’s SpaceX Demo-2 this mission to test flight to validate the SpaceX crew system made for transporting purpose, this also includes launch, in-orbit, landing, and docking operation so that the way for the flights can be paved and certified for regular crew flights to the station as part of   NASA’s Commercial Crew Program

Astronauts docked to the space stations the historic module at 10:16 a.m. EDT Sunday, Both the Astronauts are the first to fly to SpaceX’s Crew DRAGON to the station and both were welcomed as a crew member of Expedition 63 by some fellow Chris Cassidy the NASA astronaut and two Russian cosmonauts Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Vagner.

Boeing Starliner-1 is the first Boeing Mission that planned to be the fourth orbital flight mission of Starline overall with four crew members including astronauts  Josh Cassada and Sunita Williams in 2021.

REACTION BY RUSSIA

In nearly nine years of a successful launch of the first crewed orbital from the United state has faced a mixed reaction from Russia, which includes congratulations from Russian leadership and disbelief from others.

Demo-2 missions of SpaceX crew dragon won’t be called successful until the spacecraft safely returns to earth that was assumed to return on earth later this summer.

The reliance that stimulated the Crew Dragon and Boeing’s CST-100 starliners for development to give NASA for its means of transferring astronauts to and from the station. Launch of Demo-2 and docking with International space station less than 24hours later indicates that NASA is on the decision of ending reliance on Russia’s Soyuz for transporting the astronauts to and from the station.

NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine had stated he had not heard from his Russian counterpart, Dmitry Rogozin, head of the Russian state space corporation Roscosmos, this was stated at a post-launch press conference May 30.

Jim Bridenstine said he had seen some other comments by Rogozin that were “congratulatory overwhelmingly towards SpaceX AND NASA”. In 2014 Rogozin, then Russia’s Deputy Prime minister, that suggested retaliating against American sanctions imposed on Russia when they  annexation of Crimea by restricting access to Soyuz seats, he has tweeted stating that

“After analyzing the sanctions against our space industry, I suggest that the USA bring their astronauts to the International Space Station using a trampoline,”.

Other than these tweets and arguments NASA and Musk, though, can get the relationship in a normal situation and we can verify that by viewing the Musk tweet as responding to Rogozin’s congratulatory tweet “Thank you, sir, ha-ha. We look forward to mutually beneficial and prosperous long-term cooperation.”

As the exchange Rogozin’s Twitter account was rebranded as an official account of Roscosmos and many of his earlier tweets had been deleted.

so we can conclude that these mixed reactions from Russia are causing a dilemma whether Russia supports or unsatisfied with NASA’s decision.
